Microsoft should have a long think about their commitment to reputation when they release a product that struggles to integrate with their own operating system and is built of such poor quality. Mid line volume controller is great but I really think the weight of it is causing the wiring problems. Unfortunately, although I like the product for comfort on the head and ears it barely lasts a month before an obvious crackling sound when moving my head definitely something wrong with the wiring on the earpiece, which now when talking online to friends they can hear it at their end and it interferes with the call.
